What you’ll do: • Gather the business requirements coming from a first Business Analysis from our clients through qualitative and quantitative assessments (workshops, focus-groups etc.) • Translate these requirements into detailed functional specifications to the technical delivery teams (documentation, presentation) • Contribute to the project management plan in terms of requirements approach, risks, constraints, assumptions and planning • Provide delivery time-based estimates to the project management team for requirement deliverables • Develop various requirements models utilizing modelling techniques, process models and/or data modeling • Develop and maintain close relationships with client, development team and project manager Who you are: • A Bachelor/master's degree within a business management or a more technical related field • Passionate about IT with a first (non-)professional experience of getting familiar with modern methodologies such as: OO, UML, BPMN, Agile Development, Scrum • Understanding of Project management methodologies and agile approaches like: Prince2, PMI, Scrum is a nice to have. • Skilled, deliberate and open communicator with excellent presentation skills • Excellent researcher and analyst, with sharp problem-solving skills • A pro-active, independent worker, but also a team player • Cool and calm in a high-demanding environment in transition • Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English. A good working knowledge of French is a plus.

You’ll be part of the Application Development Team at our Java knowledge center supported by +50 likeminded Java peers! What you’ll do: • Design & develop applications using Java/JEE technologies and tools such as Java, JavaScript and TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Tomcat and WebLogic, Spring, Hibernate, Postgresql and Oracle, JSON, XML, SOAP, Maven, … • Configure & test using Java/JEE technologies • Develop awareness and assist in application updates, with code quality as a priority • Facilitate in any application development-related situation and proactively contribute to the assigned module within a larger program compatible to the programs processes • Identify & share new trends in application development • Develop and maintain close relationships with the team & clients Who you are: • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree holder in applied computer sciences, applied informatics or a related field • 0-2 years of professional working experience in Java/JEE application development technologies and tools • Versed in modern software design and development methodologies such as: OO, UML, Agile Development, Scrum • Skilled communicator, with teams as well as clients • Excellent researcher and analyst, with sharp problem-solving skills • An independent worker, but also a team player • Cool and calm in a high-demanding environment • Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English
