Masterclass

Your journey begins with our comprehensive Cybersecurity Masterclass, which coincides with the start of your contract. This masterclass is a blend of technical and soft skills training, taught by our own experts. Regardless of prior experience, the first month is dedicated to deep immersion in the technologies we implement for our customers, alongside the development of essential soft skills, ensuring a foundation and uniform understanding of our approach and solutions.

After 5 weeks of training you will be ready to take your first steps as a security consultant.

Technical Courses

After completing the Masterclass, you will embark on your first project, where you'll continue to learn on the job under the guidance of our experienced team. The objective is to gain practical experience and achieve certifications in the solutions you will be implementing for our customers, further enhancing your skills and expertise in the field.

Soft Skills Training

During your first years at ACEN, you'll receive regular soft skill training sessions aimed at enhancing your abilities in connecting communication and active listening, finetuning your planning skills, and mastering the art of getting things done in a professional manner.
